Built for people who refuse to slow down.

Deep Dive Bodywork wasn't created for spa days. It was built for athletes, active professionals, and anyone who refuses to let pain dictate how they live, train, or perform.

Born and raised in San Diego and a La Jolla alum, I've spent the past 20 years working in the bodywork and wellness profession, building experience across physical therapy and sports medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, and luxury hotel and resort spas. These experiences have shaped the way I approach bodywork today—with curiosity, intention, and

a focus on the person, not just the symptoms.

I created Deep Dive from a simple belief:

Movement changes lives.

Whether you're an athlete, an active professional, or simply someone who wants to feel better in their body, I believe bodywork should be purposeful, personalized, and connected to how you actually move.

My approach goes beyond simply chasing pain. I take the time to understand what's happening in your body, combine hands-on bodywork with movement-based techniques, and help you develop a better awareness of how your body moves, recovers, and performs.

Movement is also a huge part of my own life. You'll find me in the ocean whenever I can—surfing is one of my greatest passions, and scuba diving is my favorite kind of adventure. On land, I train Muay Thai and functional strength, while yoga and Pilates remind me of the importance of slowing down, breathing, and moving with intention.

And I'm currently on a mission to get better at golf. My hope is that it's something I can continue enjoying—and that will keep me moving and active well into my older years.

I believe strength isn't just about pushing harder. It's also knowing when to slow down, recover, breathe, and move with purpose.

Deep Dive is a reflection of that philosophy and the lifestyle I love:

Move Better. Recover Stronger. Live Deeper.
