Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Deep Dive Bodywork, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment availability is limited, cancellations and rescheduling requests affect both your reserved time and the opportunity for another client to book.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
​
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments are subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
​
For clients with an active prepaid package, one package session will be forfeited in place of the cancellation charge.
​
​
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full scheduled service fee will apply.
​
Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
​
​
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment whenever possible so we can begin on time.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that the next client's appointment is not delayed.

The full appointment fee remains due even when the session is shortened because of a late arrival.
​

Illness & Health-Related Cancellations
If you are experiencing a fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, or another contagious illness, please contact Deep Dive Bodywork as soon as possible.
​
Health-related cancellations and other unexpected circumstances will be reviewed at the discretion of Deep Dive Bodywork.
Please do not come to your appointment when you are experiencing symptoms that may put you, the practitioner, or other clients at risk of illness.

Refunds
Payments for appointments that are canceled within the applicable cancellation period, or appointments that are missed, are generally non-refundable and subject to the cancellation policy above.

Any refund outside the terms of this policy will be considered at the discretion of Deep Dive Bodywork.

Respect for Appointment Time
Deep Dive Bodywork is a private practice with limited appointment availability. Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent other clients from accessing those appointment times.
