These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Deep Dive Bodywork website and your purchase or booking of services through the website and associated scheduling platforms.
By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a gift certificate, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Deep Dive Bodywork
Deep Dive Bodywork LLC provides personalized massage and bodywork services in La Jolla, California, including sports massage, therapeutic bodywork, active release techniques, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial techniques, and movement-based recovery work.
All services are provided by Thavy Bryan, Certified Massage Therapist (CMT).
Services are provided by appointment only.
2. Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling platform or through other booking methods made available by Deep Dive Bodywork.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information when booking.
An appointment is not considered confirmed until the booking has been successfully completed and a confirmation has been issued.
3. Services
Each session is personalized according to the client's goals, movement needs, and information provided at the time of the appointment.
Techniques used during a session may vary depending on the client's needs and may include sports massage, therapeutic bodywork, active release techniques, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial techniques, and movement-based work.
Deep Dive Bodywork may modify, limit, or decline a particular technique when it is not appropriate or advisable based on the information available at the time of the session.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their session, including information regarding injuries, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect the safety or appropriateness of bodywork.
Clients should communicate openly about their comfort level during a session and immediately notify the practitioner of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, numbness, or other concerning response.
Deep Dive Bodywork may decline or discontinue a session when continuing may not be appropriate or safe.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Appointments are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.
The cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms applicable to an appointment are provided during the booking process and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
6. Payment
Prices for services are displayed on the website and/or scheduling platform and may change from time to time.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors integrated with our scheduling platform. Deep Dive Bodywork does not directly store complete payment card information.
7. Packages
Deep Dive Bodywork may offer prepaid appointment packages through its scheduling platform.
Packages are redeemable for the services and number of appointments specified at the time of purchase and are subject to any package-specific terms presented during checkout.
Packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Unused appointments remaining after the expiration date may no longer be redeemed.
Package appointments must be schedule through the Deep Dive Bodywork scheduling system and are subject to the applicable appointment and cancellation policies.
Packages are intended for the purchaser unless otherwise specified and are not transferable unless approved by Deep Dive Bodywork.
Package purchases are separate from gift certificates and may be subject to different redemption terms.
8. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased online or directly from Deep Dive Bodywork.
Gift certificates are redeemable according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable California law.
9. Health & Wellness
Massage and bodywork services provided by Deep Dive Bodywork are intended to support relaxation, mobility, recovery, movement, and general wellness.
Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or medical care. Deep Dive Bodywork does not diagnose medical conditions.

10. Website Content & Intellectual Property
The Deep Dive Bodywork name, logo, branding, original written content, photographs, graphics, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Deep Dive Bodywork LLC unless otherwise stated.
